В припеве можно понять, что он поёт о своём друге(брате), который погиб на войне.

Я клипа не видела, но мне кажется, что он поет о любимой. "I can't always just forget her" - "Я не могу постоянно просто забывать о ней"; "At the top of my lungs in my arms she dies... She dies..." - "На высоте моих лёгких в моих руках она умирает...Она умирает..."
